Stella Caudle Obituary

Stella Mae Furr Caudle, 85, of Norwood, surrounded by her loving family, passed away Wednesday morning, December 19, 2018 at home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 22, 2018, at Community Full Gospel Church. Rev. Mike Lisk and  Rev. David Shankle will officiate and interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM Saturday, at the church.

Mrs. Caudle was born June 8, 1933 to the late John Monroe Furr and Lola Edna Morton Edwards.  She was a member of Community Full Gospel Church.  She loved children and took care of many over the years.  She loved to cook, but also loved to go out to eat.  She will be remembered for her love of family.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband Theron Jones Caudle; step father, Travis Lisk;  brothers, James Robert Furr, James, Bill, and Travis Lisk; and sisters, Dorothy Furr, Arlene Blalock, and Brenda Mabry.

She is survived by her children: Sid Caudle, Monroe Caudle, and Dorothy Hieser (Edward) of Norwood, Joe Caudle of Salisbury, Julia McIntyre (Steve) of Rockwell, and Priscilla Peterson (Matt) of Ball, La. In addition, she has ten grandchildren and twenty three great-grandchildren; Sisters, Emily Kiser, Nannie Grey, Barbara Burris; brothers, Arthur Lisk and Eugene Lisk.
