Sparkie Poole

Sparkie Mike Poole 68 of Norwood died Saturday Morning, October 3, 2020 at Tucker Hospice House.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at Norwood Cemetery. Rev. Todd McSwain will officiate. He will lie in state at Edwards Funeral Home of Norwood on Tuesday from 9:00AM until 1:00PM where friends are welcome to pay their respects.

Sparkie was born February 3, 1952 in Stanly County to the late James and Bertha Poole and was a retired mechanic.

He was preceded in death by his wife Alveretta McSwain Poole and two brothers, Jimmy and John Poole.

He is survived by his son Timothy Poole and wife Erica of Albemarle. Two grandchildren, Carly  Reynolds and Carden Poole.
