Sarah Blalock Obituary
Sarah Glendell Blalock 85 of Norwood died Thursday Afternoon, February 7, 2019 at Trinity Place.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Norwood. Rev. Ray Sipe will officiate and interment will follow in Norwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Sarah was born July 7, 1933 in Montgomery County to the late Rev. John Nelson Blalock and Ada “Dink” Clodfelter Blalock. She was a retiree of The Furniture Market in High Point.
She was preceded in death by her brother Tommy Blalock, her sisters, Mecie Harris and Hazel Cotton and her nephew Lannie Harris.
She is survived by Five Nieces, Cassie Thurman, Vee Morton, Sheila Hatley, Donna Barbee and Tammy Smith and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
