Rose Walz

Rosanna Hynes Coyle Walz, 78, of Mount Gilead, died peacefully Monday, August 24, 2020 at home surrounded by her loving family.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00AM, Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Our Lady of Annunciation Catholic Church in Albemarle.  Father Peter Fitzgibbons will officiate.

Mrs. Walz was born July 29, 1942 in Drogheda, Ireland to the late Gerald and Kathleen Nolan Hynes.  She was a retiree of Performed Line Products in Albemarle.  She was a member of Our Lady of Annunciation Catholic Church.  Rose was a hard worker; she was a sweet and caring lady who never met a stranger.  She enjoyed living on Lake Tillery and spending time with her family. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by two children, Paul Coyle, and Rachel Carroll: sister, Katrina Simmons and brother, Gabriell Hynes.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Roman John Walz of the home; son, John Coyle and wife, Leanne of Mount Gilead, Tony Walz and wife, Tiffany of Mount Gilead;  grandchildren, Kyanna Powell(Alston), Shannon Coyle, Devin Coyle, Brandi Coyle, Jessie Audley and Brenda Audley, Kyle Burleson, Drew Burleson; great-grandchildren, Tristan Powell, Kylie Burleson, Kinsley Burleson and Atom Phelps; one brother, Jerry Hynes(Rosemary) of England.
