Richard Whyman Reynolds, 72, of Peachland passed away peacefully on Monday, October 7, 2024.
Richard was born on February 4, 1952 to the late James and Florence Reynolds. After graduating from RB Stall High School, he moved to NC and became employed by Columbus McKinnon where he worked as a machinist until his retirement in 2014.
He greatly loved the Lord and studied His word. He also enjoyed spending time in his workshop repairing small engines for himself and others in the community.
Richard is survived by his wife, Bonnie Reynolds of the home; daughters Kimberly Blackwelder (Jason), and Kandice O’Neal (Chris) of Wadesboro; grandchildren: Samantha, Hunter, Kenneth, and George; great-grandchildren Paisley and Grayson; and sisters Jacqueline Bohn, Linda Brack, and Brenda McGrew.
No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned. The family would like to thank everyone for their prayers during this time and asks that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritan’s Purse.
