Priscilla Ussery

Priscilla Roberts Ussery, 74, of Mt Gilead, passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Universal Health Care in Concord.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Norwood and burial will follow at Stoney Fork Bapist Church Cemetery. The family will recieve friends on Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00PM at Edwards Funeral Home in Norwood. 

Ms. Ussery was born in Stanly County on February 3, 1947 to the late Thomas Delmar and Bernice Livengood Roberts. She was a 1965 graduate of West Montgomery High School and a member at Stoney Fork Baptist Church. She was also a retired paper carrier for the Charlotte Observer.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, William Eugene Ussery Jr.

She is survived by her son, Thomas Lynn Sanders and wife Tracy of Mt. Gilead; her daughter, Crystal McFadden of Troy; and one granddaughter: Donna Allen and husband Jonathan.
