Nell Lisenby

Nell Cooper Lisenby, 100, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Bethany Woods.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at Norview Gardens. Rev. Nathan Fox will officiate. 

Ms. Lisenby was born on June 12, 1920 in Stanly County to the late Marion Richard and Mary Luna Huneycutt Cooper. She was a homemaker and a member at Porter Baptist Church.

In  addition to her parants she is preceded in death by her husband, Carl Wesley Lisenby; brothers and sisters: Campbell Cooper, Roy Cooper, Henry Cooper, Flonnie Traywick, Georgia Smith, Lottie Brewer, Flossie Ashe, and Ann Mauldin.

She is survived by her sister Jean Smith of Norwood and numerous nieces and nephews.
