Mick McGlynn

Michael Robert McGlynn ‘Mick’, 49, of Kannapolis, passed away Monday, February 23, 2026 at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte NC.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February  28, 2026 at Crossroads Church in Concord NC. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the church prior to the service. Interment will follow at the family home.

Mick was born on September 24, 1976 in Johnson City, NY to Debra McGlynn Fedourich, who survives. He was the owner and operator of M&M Framing LLC. Mick's passion was collecting and riding classic Harley Davidson Motorcycles.

In addition to his mother, Debra, he is survived by his wife, Denice Short McGlynn of the home; sons: Michael McGlynn (Meghan) of Kannapolis, and Corey Penninger of Concord; and two grandchildren: Aurora Penninger and Sky Penninger.
