Lois Lemonds

Lois May Lemonds, 51, of Mt. Gilead passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at her home. 

Lois was born on April 12, 1973 to Mary Jane  Mercer Yeager and the late Richard Eugene Yeager. She spent a majority of her working life as a department leader at Walmart. While she lived in Ohio, she worked at the Carroll County Library, as well as Rite-Aid, where she met many people. 

Lois was an animal lover. She was hardly ever without a pet, and she greatly enjoyed seeing the local deer in Woodrun

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children: Matthew Lemonds, and Maggie Lemonds, of the home, sister Amber Grunder, her cat Molly, and her beloved dog Rosie. 

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
