Lewis Mack Morton

Lewis Mack Morton, 71, of Mt. Holly, passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2018.

Graveside services will be held at 4:00PM on Saturday September 8, 2018 at Porter Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday September 22, 2018 at Fellowship Baptist Church in Albemarle. The family will receive friends one hour prior at the church.

Mr. Morton was born on July 1, 1947 to the late Sam and Annett Kimrey Morton. He was a retired truck driver.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers Bob Morton and Mitchell Morton; and his sister Lucy Morton.

He is survived by his children Lewis Kelly Morton and Anita Dawn Morton, both of Albemarle; two grandchildren: Magan Sisler and Eric Burleson, both of Albemarle; four great grand children: Nathan Neelon, Brantley Almond, Easton Almond, and Waylon Sisler; sisters: Belmer Ingram of Albemarle, Sadie Bryant of Albemarle, Ethel Trull of Albemarle, Vicky Almond of Norwood, Betty Morgan of Albemarle, and Tinnie Cowles of Kannapolis; a special friends, Linda Blake and Billie Perry; and numerous nieces and nephews.
