Kay Hartsell

Kay Lee Hartsell, 82, of Norwood, passed away December 25, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her loving family

A graveside service will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Aquadale Baptist Church Cemetery.  Rev. Mark Little will officiate.

Kay was born January 13, 1942 in Union County, NC to the late John and Jessie Strawn  Lee.  She was a 1961 graduate of Anson High School and was a member of Aquadale Baptist Church.  Kay was owner and operator of Kay’s Beauty Salon in Aquadale.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Hartsell of the home; two stepdaughters, Kristi H. Pate(Anthony) of Albemarle and Misti H. Keck(Chad) of Wisconsin; three step grandchildren; five step great grandchildren; brothers, Jack Lee and Frankie Lee; sisters, Atha Nall and Carol Townsend.
