Jerry Kimrey

Jerry Ray Kimrey, 80, of Norwood passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Bethany Woods in Albemarle.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 02, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Fairview Memorial Park in Albemarle. Rev. Mary Hatley will officiate. 

Jerry was born in Stanly County on October 22, 1943 to the late Joel Amos Kimrey and Cornelia Farmer Kimrey. He retired from Stanly Knitting.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister Shirley Wright and his brother Melvin Kimrey.

He is survived by his brother Bernard Kimrey of Albemarle, sister Patricia Russel of Albemarle, brother in law Bob Wright, and numerous nieces and nephews.
