James John Caporale

James John Caporale, 68, of Charlotte, NC passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Atrium Health in Pineville.

Mr. Caporale was born on September 2, 1952 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Joseph and June (Oliver) Caporale. He was an automotive mechanic by trade, avid motorsports enthusiast, and a jack of all trades. The love that he had for his family was unwavering and will continue to be cherished by his entire family.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Caporale, daughter, Traci Caporale, and step-brother, Joseph Donarumma.

He is survived by his step-mother, Carol Caporale of NY, his children: June Breen and husband Steve of  NC, Leigh Ann Caporale of NC, Anthony Caporale and wife Jackie of NY, Kimberly Caporale and husband Kenneth of NC, and Scott Mutch and wife Erika of NY, along with eight grandchildren: Steven, Matthew, Kaelyn, Avery, Olivia, Colton, Charlotte, and Charley; and siblings: Joanne Lombardo and husband Frank of NC, Daniel Caporale and wife Patricia of VA, and Denise Abselet of NY.
