Harvey Garrett

Harvey William Garrett passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at his home. 

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 2:30 PM at Norview Gardens in Norwood. Rev. David Shankle will officiate.

Harvey was born on September 9, 1943 to the late Harvey Dempsey Garrett and Ollie Gibson Garrett. He was a textiles retiree and after retirement worked with Metrolina Greenhouses.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Garrett of the home, and his sister, Geneva Wright of Huntersville. 

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step daughter Rebecca Lee McNeil.
