Geneva Robertson

Rachel “Geneva” Barringer Robertson 88 of High Point died Tuesday Morning, October 12, 2021.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00PM Friday, October 15, 2021 at Springfield Friends Meeting Cemetery. Rev. Josh Brown will officiate.

Mrs. Robertson was born March 12, 1933 in Stanly County to the late Thomas Bernie and Dora Morgan Barringer. She was a homemaker and a member of Springfield Friends Meeting House.

She is survived by her husband Herman L. “Buddy” Robertson of the home. Two daughters Cindy Robertson Hudson (Ashley) of Norwood and Kathy Robertson Roberson (Hoyte) of Sylva. Two sons, Ricky Robertson (Carma) of High Point and Robbie Robertson (Allison) of DeLand, Fl. Eight grandchildren, Jack Robertson (Haley), David Robertson, Hunter Roberson (Michelle), Paige Dowling (Patrick), A.D. Hudson, Joshua, Cameron, and Sophie Robertson. Five great-grandchildren, Claire, Evie and Julie Robertson, Jack Dowling and Christopher Roberson. 

Mrs. Robertson was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers.
