Frances Mason

Frances Harvey Mason, 73, of Albemarle passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2023 at her daughter’s home. 

A funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Monday, October 30, 2023 at Edwards Funeral Home in Norwood. Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park in China Grove. Rev. Troy Wiley will officiate. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. 

Frances was born March 7, 1950 in Iredell County to the late Richard Lois Booth Harvey. She worked in textiles most of her life.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Freddie Wayne Honeycutt, and daughter Stephanie Charlene Turnmire.

She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Scheller (Steven), Sandra Thompson (Mark), son James Edwards Pierce II (Christine), step daughter Tammy Hayman (Michael), brothers Robert Harvey, Terry Harvey, and Bill Harvey, 16 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
