Frances Huneycutt

Frances Claudine Huneycutt, 86, of Norwood, passed away on Tuesday, May 25, 2021. 

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Darrell Almond Park in Norwood and Tony Brown will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00PM on Friday June 4, 2021 at Edwards Funeral Home in Norwood. 

Ms. Huneycutt was born on September 30, 1934 in Stanly County to the late Claude Baxter and Nannie Biddle Surratt. She retired from Capel Rugs in Troy and was a member at Community Full Gospel Church. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Edward Huneycutt; special companion Floyd Efird; her son Larry Huneycutt; and grandson Travis Huneycutt.

She is survived by her daughters: Sharon Phillips and husband Lewis of Norwood and Patsy Brown and husband Jerry of Asheboro; and her son: Dywayne Huneycutt and wife Tana of Conway, SC.; 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
