Felton Ray Pope, 74, of Polkton passed away Sunday evening, November 29, 2020 at his home.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00PM, Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Wightman Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Don Thompson will officiate.
Felton was born September 15, 1946 in Anson County to the late Harlee Welton Pope. He proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was a retiree of Alcoa and a member of Wightman Methodist Church.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his first wife, Corrina Eddins Pope and second wife, Debbie Gaddy Pope and his special aunt, Jewell Pope.
He is survived by his brother, David Pope, nephew, David Pope, Jr. and niece Regina Pope all of Wadesboro; step-daughter, Keri Clontz Jones and her son, Hunter Shaw of Lancaster, SC, mother in law, Helen Gaddy of Polkton and special cousin, Frank Pope of Wadesboro.
