Dy’Zavious Izayah Bivens, 18, of Albemarle passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at Saint's Delight Church in Albemarle. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service. Public Viewing is from 1:00 until 5:00 Tuesday Afternoon at Edwards Funeral Home of Norwood. 

Dy’Zavious was born in Stanly County on March 20, 2006 to Timothy Raynard Bivens Jr. and Angela Rosalina Howell. He was a graduate of Stanly Academy in the Class of 2024.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings: Amor Mclendon, Edwarth Bivens, Imo Gene Bivens, Domonic Bivens, Jay Bivens, and Stella Mae Bivens, grandparents: Joyce Williamson, and James Withers, Sharon Jackson, and Timothy Bivens Sr., special aunt Kamisha Jackson, and a host of aunts and uncles.
