Donna Parker

Donna Lynn Parker, 66, of Albemarle, passed away,  late Monday, June 22, 2026 at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord. 

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, June 25, 2026 at Edwards Funeral Home in Norwood. Will Davis and Derrick Adcock will officiate and interment will follow at Randall by the River Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Donna was born on June 20, 1960 in Stanly County to the late Calvin and Robbie Shue Davis. She was the owner and operator of Donna's beauty salon in Norwood for over 20 years. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, camping trips, and spending time with her children,grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three siblings, Terry Davis, Eddie Davis, and Michael Davis. 

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Dennis Ray Parker of the home; two sons: Donny Helms and Chris Parker; four grandchildren: Kaylee Angles (Glenn), Dawson Helms (Chloe McMillen), Landrie Parker, and Jax Parker; and three great-grandchildren: Luke, Daisy, and Matthew.
