Obituary
Dale Harold McKethan, 60, of Norwood passed away early Wednesday morning, August 30, 2023 at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, September 1, 2023 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park.
Dale was born May 15, 1963 in Los Angeles, California to the late Harold Joe McKethan and Linda Jo Miller McKethan, surviving of Lenoir. He was last employed with GEM Management. He was an associate pastor throughout Stanly County for over 15 years.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Ashley McKethan and sister Wendy Harrington.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Lorrie Harrington McKethan of the home; son, David McKethan of Norwood and Justin McKethan(Stephanie) of Millingport; step children, Debra Roach and Leeann Lawlee; brothers, Keith McKethan, Terry McKethan and sister, Kerry McKethan; four grandchildren, Milah McKethan, Sophia McKethan, Jace McKethan and Natalie Mason; brother in law, Billy Harrington.
