Clayton Edwards

Clayton L. Edwards (64), of Charleston, South Carolina, passed away on June 18, 2023. Clayton, also known as Lynn, was born to Charles and Linda Edwards, on September 25, 1958, in Wadesboro, North Carolina. He was an intelligent man who earned a full-ride scholarship to Pfeiffer College. He later completed an MBA at Wingate University.

Often referred to as a “hard worker,” he was happiest when outside tinkering, gardening, and enjoying time with animals.

Clayton is survived by his three children, Lindsay (John), Neil (Leslie), and Kevin (Natalia), his two brothers, Doug, and Jeff Edwards, and five grandchildren (Liam, Isla, Aiden, Casen, and Weston). He was preceded in death by his parents, and his twin brother, William “Glenn” Edwards.

Per his wishes, Clayton’s remains will be spread along the Snake River in Wyoming. Instead of flowers, the family requests that you consider donating to your local food bank.
