Christine Bonneville

Christine Burr Bonneville, 72, of Norwood passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon, November 23, 2021.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Darrell Almond Park in Norwood under the Gazebo. 

Christine was born October 21, 1949 in Anson County to the late Clarence Wilson Burr, Sr. and Lula Mae Melton Burr.  She was a retired nurse and a member of Norwood Church of God, and was a loving grandmother who enjoyed sharing the beauty of nature with her grandsons.

She spent her later years proclaiming Jesus’ gospel. She spent many days on the square in Norwood, waving and spreading the good news. She also played Christian music at Darrell Almond Park Gazebo on weekend afternoons.

She is survived by her daughters, Kristie Kelly Cody (Keith Housley) and Sherri Kelly Ramella (Anthony); grandsons, Ryan and Nathan; sisters: Alice Hough, Barbara Kendall, and Lola Davis; and nieces and nephews.
