Candy Harris Almond, 49, of Norwood passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021 at her home.

Services will be private. Friends are welcome to pay their respects at the residence.

Candy was born November 29, 1971 in Montgomery County.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold Douglas and Linda Bowles Lee; brothers, Tracy Harris and Michael Varner.

She is survived by daughters, Casey Lennox and husband, Andrew of Albemarle and Tesla Almond of the home; sister, Kim Kidd of Louisburg; brothers, Rusty Harris and Debbie of China Grove, Lin Varner and wife, Paula of Troy, R. L. Varner and wife, Judy of White Lake, and Larry Varner and wife, Bonnie of Louisburg.
