C. H. Biles

C.H. Biles, 86, of Albemarle NC passed away Friday November 9, 2018 in York, SC. He was the son of Henry and Phronia Biles.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Sunday November 11, 2018 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Norwood. Dr. Kinney Wallace will officiate and burial will follow at Porter Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Biles was a dedicated lifetime member of Porter Baptist Church and The Porter Baptist Quartet for over 50 years. He was US Army Veteran serving as Sergeant. He was the owner and operator of CH Biles General Contractor for over 50 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife of 56 years, Ramelle Biles; a brother, and two sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Biles of York, SC; son Chris (Elizabeth) Biles, daughters: Vanessa (Bobby) Barnes, Teresa Biles, and Holly (Horst) Grau; step-daughter Michelle (Jimmy) Freeman; six grandchildren and numerous great- grandchildren.
