Brian Hahn

Brian Lee Hahn, 62, of Mount Gilead, NC

On June 14, 2026, surrounded by his family, Brian entered his Heavenly home with the peace of his steadfast faith in Jesus Christ in his heart.

He was born in Minnesota on March 21, 1964 to Norman and Lorna Hahn. His primary occupation was in construction and he relocated to different places throughout the country. With those moves, Faith, Family and a church community were very important to him. 

Left to cherish his memories are his loving and caring wife Gretchen of 35 years, his two sons Grant (Sarah) and Cameron (Karli). He was affectionately known as “G” to the lights of his life, grandboys Taylor, Coleman, Lukah, and Henry. He is also survived by his parents Norman and Lorna, his sister Lynne (Mark), brother Jeff (Ashley) and numerous extended family members. 

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Tillery Compassionate Care for their grace and support. The family would also like to thank all who were Brothers and Sisters in Christ throughout Brian’s life, helping to strengthen his faith and his relationship with Jesus. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Randall by the River, 48144 Randall’s Church Rd. Norwood NC 28128. Pastor Hanna Barlow will officiate. The family will receive friends in fellowship hall following the service. We are celebrating Brian’s life, so feel free to wear joyful, bright attire.
