Bailey Alan-Michael Hatley, 21, of Norwood, passed away Monday, February 13, 2023 along with the love of his life, Cecilia Whitley.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM, Sunday, February 19, 2023 at Mount Zion United Methodist Church in Norwood. Rev. David Hatley will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm - 7:00pm, Saturday night, February 18, 2023 at Edwards Funeral Home in Norwood.
Bailey was born October 9, 2001 in Cabarrus County to Rodney Alan Hatley of Albemarle and Tammy Richardson Kimrey (Billy) of Norwood.
Bailey loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews! He enjoyed fishing and riding motorcycles. He loved his dog, Fat Boy and his cat, Meow Meow.
He was preceded in death by his soul mate, Cecilia Whitley; grandfather, Mike Richardson; great grandmother, Emma Smith and nephew Aiden Furr.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by sisters, Brittany Boone(Lee Webb) and Brandi Hatley(Tommy Lee) all of Norwood; maternal grandmother, Irene Barbee; paternal grandmother, Patricia Medlin and step grandmother, Sue Richardson; step brother, Brandon Kimrey (Natasha Cole) of Albemarle and step sister, Hailey Kimrey of Norwood; nieces and nephews, Brooklyn, Bryson and Brylee Webb, Maddie and Emmie Lee, Katelyn, Kyndall and Kyler Kimrey; aunts, Tanica Vega, Angie Medlin and Nicki Richardson; uncles, Brian Medlin and Jamie Richardson and cousin, Kirstie Earl
