Terry Medlin

Terry Lynn Medlin 63 of Albemarle died Saturday Afternoon, August 25, 2018.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Norwood. Rev. Jeremy Holt will officiate and burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Marshville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Terry was born July 3, 1955 in Union County to the late Hoyle and Pearl Mills Medlin. He was a retired landscaper and a Veteran of the United States Marines. He was also a DJ for numerous events. He was a member of Dunn’s Grove Baptist Church.

He is survived by his daughters, Vicky Motes of Ruby, SC and Lisa Estridge of Marshville. His sister, Doris Thomas of Oakboro. His special companion Mitzie Callicutt of Albemarle. Eleven Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth and Hoyle Medlin.
