Rodney Russell

Rodney Keith Russell, 48, of Norwood, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2019.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00PM on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00PM at the funeral home before the service.

Rodney was born on December 31, 1970 in Union County to Danny Keith Russell and the late Jenny King Russell. He graduated from Sun Valley High School and worked for S.M. Smith & Sons in Midland, NC.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife Jill Morgan Russell; daughter Ashley Russell Moore of Locust; sons Landon Russell, Carson Russell, and Nash Russell, all of Norwood; one grandson: Gabriel Moore; his brother: Ryan Russell; and his five fur babies: Sophie, Kole, Maverick, Goose, and Charlie.
