Jimmy Beaman

Jimmy Ray Beaman 67 of Mt. Gilead died peacefully Friday Morning, April 12, 2019 at his home.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, April 15, 2019 at Sharon Cemetery. Rev. Alex Willoughby will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 Sunday Evening at Edwards Funeral Home in Mt. Gilead.

Jimmy was born June 21, 1951 in Moore County to the late Norman Jackson Beaman and Mae Hoover Greene. He was a retired police officer serving in Mt. Gilead and Norwood and was a member of Hamer Creek Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife Carol Parks Beaman of the home. One daughter Brenda Sue Greene of Mt. Gilead. One sister Barbara Gardner of Mt. Gilead and one half sister Linda Haithcock of Albemarle and one half brother Dalton Beaman of Greensboro. Two grandchildren Savannah Greene and Gabr
