Elsie Hathcock

Elsie McIntyre Hathcock 91 of Albemarle died Friday Afternoon, October 25, 2019 at Trinity Place.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Norwood First Baptist Church. Rev Todd McSwain will officiate and interment will follow at Stanly Gardens of Memory in Albemarle. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Elsie was born October 29, 1927 in Anson County to the late Walter and Annie Morton McIntyre. She was a retiree of Wiscasset Mills and a member of Norwood First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Offie Raymond Hathcock, her son David Raymond Hathcock and two daughters, Linda Hathcock Turner and Dorothy Hathcock Thomas, brothers, Cebron and Luther and sister Aileen.

She is survived by her daughter Rachel Hathcock Goss of Norwood. Seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and a special friend Ann Oxendine.
