Nora Hurley

Nora Mae Howell Hurley 73 of Ansonville died Thursday Evening, October 15, 2020 at Atrium-Cabarrus.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, October 18, 2020 in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Norwood. Rev. Lawanda Rodgers will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Nora was born July 16, 1947 in Anson County to the late Elmer and Belle Shepherd Howell. She was a textile retiree.

She was preceded in death by her husband Nelson “Robert” Hurley on September 28, 2020. Two brothers Jay and Clyde Howell and a sister Nancy Thomas.

She is survived by daughter Donna Dellinger (Earl) of Midland and a son Kevin Hurley of Rockingham. Sister Irene Boysworth of Albemarle. Six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
