Ted Ray Hatley 68, of Albemarle, died Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Stanly Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM Wednesday, Janaury 18, 2012 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Norwood. Rev. Judy Drye will officiate.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Hatley was born November 6, 1943 in Stanly County. He was a son of the late Clayton and Lavenia Shank Hatley. He was a partner of G
and S Knits in Norwood.

He is survived by his wife Kay Husdon Hatley of the home. Two sons, Timmy Hatley and wife Donna of Sanford and Tron Hatley of Albemarle.
Two grandchildren, Garyn and Seren Hatley of Sanford and Two step-grandchildren, Alicia and Stephen. One Brother, Donald Hatley.
