Francina was born May 15, 1959 in Charleston, SC.  She was the daughter of Ernest and Carrie Plowman Smith of Albemarle.  She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband Stafford Walter Moore Jr. of the home.  One son Justin Stafford Moore of the home and one daughter Elizabeth Ann Haddock and husband David of Albemarle. Two brothers Daniel Hugh Smith and wife Sandy and David Wayne Smith all of Albemarle and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Ed and Ettie Plowman.
