Bill was a loving husband and father, his family was his most important asset.  He was born June 3, 1959 in Mecklenburg County.  He was a son of the late Willie James "Bill" and Mamie Davis Howard and was a retiree of Preformed Line Products and was of the Baptist Faith.

He will be dearly missed by his wife, Kathryn West Howard of the home.  One Son, William R. "Bill" Howard of Richmond, VA, One Daughter, Samantha C. Howard of the home and Two Brothers, Michael Howard of Winston-Salem and Andy Howard of Charlotte.
