Timothy Flay Efird

Timothy Flay Efird, 35, of Norwood, passed away on Sunday January 28, 2018.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday January 31, 2018 at 6:00PM at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel.

Timmy was born on February 23, 1982. He is survived by his parents Flay Theron Efird of Norwood and Mary Evelyn Kimrey Green (David Mathews) of Albemarle. He was a 2000 graduate of NSHS and had previously worked as a Bio Medical Technician.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Mary Heather Honeycutt Efird of the home. Two daughters: Mia Brooke and Josie Lynn Efird; two brothers: Justin Lee Green (Amber) of Marshville, and Issac Mathews of Albemarle; two sisters: Misty Lynn Efird, and Crystal Dawn Efird Williams (Steve), both of Albemarle; and one grandmother: Louise Thompson of Norwood.

Memorials may be made to Edwards Funeral Home PO Box 765 Norwood NC 28128 where the proceeds will be directed to his daughters, Mia and Josie.
