I was proud to be a friend of Ms Thelma. She worked as one of my precinct officials during the time I was Elections Director for Montgomery County. She was also very active in helping raise funds for Relay for Life and answered lots of my questions when my family and I had to put our mom in a nursing home.
I will never forget her determination to help whenever and wherever needed. She will be missed by many friends. RIP Ms Thelma, job well done!
