Mattie Ruth (Pinion) Boysworth

Mattie Ruth Pinion Boysworth 87 of Albemarle died Saturday Evening August 12, 2017 at Bethany Woods.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon Tuesday, August 15, 2017 in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Norwood. Rev. Karen E. Kaser Odor will officiate and interment will follow in Randall United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Boysworth was born August 24, 1929 in Stanly County to the late George Robert and Bertie Helms Pinion. She was a retiree of American Lockstitch and a member of Randall United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband William Garron Boysworth, her son William Boyd Boysworth and numerous brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her daughter Gale Burris and husband Randy of Albemarle. Her daughter-in-law Irene Boysworth of Albemarle. Three Grandchildren. Rene Nash, Tnisha Boysworth and Candy Mabry. Four Great-Grandchildren, Summer, Michael, Britney and Emili. One Great-Great Grandson, Cameron.
