Audrey Jean Luther

Audrey Jean Luther, 71, of Norwood, passed away on Thursday February 1, 2018.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday February 4, 2018 at 2:00PM at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Kevin McCormick and Rev. Dean Luther will officiate and burial will follow at Norwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Jean was born on February 16, 1946 in Stanly County to the late Matthew Ransom and Lela Tance Eury Luther.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters: Elaine Simmons, Linda Hartsaw, and Aggie Luther; and brothers: Junior and Larry Luther.

She is survived by her sister, Brenda Luther of Norwood and brother Tom Luther of Albemarle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
